Purpose of Providing Loan to SHG Women
The purpose of providing loans to SHG women, based on their children's growth, is to empower mothers to create better opportunities for their children's future. With increased income from businesses supported by the loan, women can invest in their children's education, health, and overall well-being. This financial support helps ensure that children can pursue higher studies and lead a better quality of life. In turn, the growth of the children reflects the positive impact of women's financial empowerment.
Outcome of the Project
She has obtained a loan from Surabi, which she has wisely used to develop her vegetable-selling business. Utilizing her husband’s auto-rickshaw, she now distributes vegetables to various shops in the area, significantly expanding her reach and increasing her daily earnings. The income generated from this business has become the main source of livelihood for the family, enabling them to lead a more stable life. With the profits, she is able to support her children’s education, demonstrating her commitment to providing them with a better future. Her son is currently studying in the 3rd standard, while her younger daughter is still very small. Despite the challenges, she is managing both her business and family responsibilities with dedication and determination, ensuring her children grow up with access to education and improved opportunities.
